Shipping & Delivery delivers to the entire United Arab Emirates will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

How are my items shipped?

With the utmost care. We personally package every order by hand at our warehouse facility. We are partnered with reputable logistics providers who diligently handle the delivery process and bring your shipment directly to your doorstep in a secure, timely manner.

What happens if I am not home to receive my package?

Not to worry. Our logistics partners will leave a notice of their arrival at your home and contact you to advise that you package is available. After three (3) attempts, you will receive a notification explaining how you can collect your package. You can usually pick up your package at the courier depot closest to the shipping address unless specified otherwise. You can always call the number provided on the notification in case you have any further questions.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Before you know it. We aim to dispatch all orders within three (3) business days. We will contact you in case a there is a delay due to circumstances that are out of our control.

How do I track and check the status of my orders?

With a click of a button. If you wish to follow up on the status of your order, you can log in to your account at, click on the “My Account” tab and then select “Your Orders”. You will see a current and past list of your purchases with a status update of their whereabouts. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support Team who will be happy to look into your order and update you on its delivery status.

What if my order goes missing in transit?

Whoops! Although we set high expectations for our activities at and have a reliable, hardworking team, sometimes there may be unexpected mistakes. If a problem arises such as a missing package, contact our Customer Support Team immediately and they will work on fixing the issue for you as quickly as possible.

Can I personally collect the items I ordered?

We always deliver your products directly to you. At Pinoymart we want to give you the highest quality products with less work on your end, so we currently do not offer self pick-up options. We have a streamlined delivery process controlled by our world-class logistics providers, whose main objective is to deliver products to our customers swiftly and safely while avoiding all unnecessary problems.
